Offered me space out of my comfort zone allowing me to be more flexible and comfortable under pressure while making imperative decisions. A typical day would be spent in field engaging with customers directly which is fundamentally 80% of the job and 20 % being office work. Good relationship with my colleagues was established as they helped build my skills. The job taught me the harsh nature of the business world and that in order to succeed, hard work is usually the answer. I most enjoyed the new challenges that made with the Job owing to the fact that I like challenging myself to further better my skills. The most challenging aspect of the job were long working hours as they could be extensive. The job gave me the opportunity to gain experience in a real world working situation and that in turn helped me learn and become prosperous in my dealing with challenges

Am a sales agent for upshort marketing Working monday to Saturday,Sundays its optional From 6am to 7pm Its a business opportunity where by we have to build partnership wirt coworkers most difficult relationship to create was with the staff members when we go to the feild but with customers was excellent I learned communication skill ,people management and problem solving. The most exciting part of the job was to travel to different malls and complex getting to know many places and building relationships with different people and most challenging thing about the job was not to get sales where by where by u wont be getting money because its commission base

Closing cycle
Working its the very nice things especially knowing that you are financial freedom . My relationship with other co worker was very good because if didn't understand someone I ask anyone and they will tell how they got it right. I have learned to work under pressure, knowing how to convince the client,giving them the reason why should they take the product. I enjoyed being able to speak to more than 350 people a day,getting the result ,doing teaching a training . The challenge was working and not getting any client ,also recruiting other person showing them how the business its work

Learning how to deal with customer service
Getting experience along the way with the company good co workers and they traininare the best how to present to the customer service it is enjoying because you talk to diff skills people everyday

Excellent learning curve
In upshot marketing I learned how to mantain your attitude how to have self evaluation and self decipline and control.learn to take control in everything you are doing.i enjoyed working with customers because that is where you learn about indefferences of people.meeting with the negatives was very challenging for me because sometimes I just nag out
