ME AND THE WAREHOUSE

I had been in an Milling industry for 5 years, I started as a PACKER then a PACKING MACHINE OPERATOR. From packing department the company sent me to GMF where I studied MAIZE MILLING then I started as a TRAINEE MILLER then I became a SHIFT MILLER/SUPERVISOR

Experience goes a long way

When the company decided to move onto a new management system, which helps how the business operates, it obviously came with a lot of challenges. It urged us to work together as a team, making sure all work is updated and loaded onto the new system. It was a lot of hard work and extra hours but in the end, we came out on top. For me, every experience in life is a learning curb, no matter how difficult the challenge may seem at them time. I’m grateful for each experience as it makes me wiser, stronger and way more determined.

Excellent learning curve

I enjoyed my work for the company it's a excellent environment with an excellent team. I learned a lot working for the company which has expended my experience as an individual

Learning curve

As a receptionist I'm not as busy as I'd like to be but I have learnt a lot when it comes to HR and would definitely like to explore that field more. I get a long with all my colleagues and enjoy a day where I'm learning something new about the curret industry I am in.
