I'm am capable of working under pressure without supervision

It taught me to work under pressure without the supervision of authority. a day to day report was issued by myself and the company was well established until it liquidated.

Good learning curve

To work at Urban Link is a great working place because you work individual and with a team sometimes. Working alone helps me to know how good or bad at my work and which ones I do best or do worse. Relationship with other employees was great because we all learning at the same time we have to share what we learned and where you do not understand and we will share our views. What i enjoy the most is to work is capturing on our data base it was enjoyable. The most challenging thing is to start a new thing without any training and you have to figure everything yourself but at the end of the day you should get it right.

Pros: No opportunity for promotion sins its estate agency
Cons: Normal working hours
