Excellent Learnig curve

From someone who came from the Hospitality Industry, I have leant much and find that I enjoy this work. Previous experience I have worked for various restaurants and have undergone all health and safety training also I worked for a factory that speciliased in Nitric acid, this experience helped me a lot in my current job especially with maintenance and repair. I have embarked on projects like solar systems, heat pumps, water purification, water saving and other plumbing projects. I am currently qualifying myself in this field of Property Management and Electrical Engineering.

Invoicing process and billing run and maintenance job charges

I have learned a lot in the company. I started as a maintenance administrator than later I joined the finance department Asa finance administrator. I have loved and learned a lot in the company I work for. I feel it is time for growth

Knowing who you are in your job

Working with the appointed contractors and building managers and solving problems in the buildings is a typical working day Having good relationship with your co-workers across the board adds to making the day workable I have learnt that no two days are the same and that every day brings its own challenges, ups and downs and through that you have to be versatile and ready to face them even if frustrating at times. Not that it is enjoying it all them time but getting to face challenges of resolving problems even though they can be trying at times. The environment and area has major security issues as it is in the heart of Hillbrow and the feeling of safety is a major issue

Pros: Knowledge can never learn enough
Cons: safety of the areas that I work in
