Pros: My current employer truly represents the essence of work-life balance. There are great training opportunities with numerous opportunities to apply the knowledge. All employees are thoroughly vetted, amongst other recruitment processes, making it easier for colleagues to get along.
Cons: New management every two years with the expectation to learn new management styles within a short space of time.
