The Company is a very nice still growing Company and promising if they can change the management, boss is a very good man and co-workers they ok to work with .

Excellent learning curve

The Company is good if they can change the Management co- workers are fine we work very well together as a team. owner of the company is a very good man and very understanding when it comes to the staff he treat us the same even though the management doesn't see us the same.

Excellent learning curve

It is a very good Company with a very nice boss when it come to his staff and good opportunities to grow with Company the only problem is the increase even if you get promotion but no increase it be came useless to want to learn more things or help when there a need because no body cares about what you do for the Company to grow the management only care for themselves .

My Company is a very good company to work for they they give chances to prove yourself, but management is not good and salary is not good, the old boss was the best boss ever .

Excellent learning curve

To work in my Company is a blessing my boss is a very good boss. I learned so much from him and my colleagues. When I started there I only had Switchboard experience from there they taught me so much and my boss he believes in giving everybody a chance to prove them selves.

Excellent learning curve

The company is doing great with good and supporting co- worker I've been with this company for so many years given a chance to prove myself which I did learn a lot since I started (2010) I am great full besides the fact that I'm not happy with the way management is treating us I dont like at all .

I'm looking for another job because where I am you only get what you want depending on yo

To work my Company is its been good experience learnt a lot from Switchboard operator to Payroll Data Capture and Finance, my co-worker we get along fine sometimes we don't see eye to eye but we always find away to work together fixing the problem for not to happen next time. As for my boss he is a very good man who doesn't look at my skin color who listen to me when I come with my problem he makes sure that the problem is solve while the people who is with us every day doesn't give a damn about what is your problem because they got they own problem. I do miss my boss to be in the office everyday because he believes in people that they can be what ever they want as long as they put they mind in to it .

I am a fast learner and a hard worker.

I married with 2 children, I always put my work before anything else respect my co-workers most importantly my boss I respect him a lot because he doesn't carry himself as my boss his more understanding with good heart he listen to our problem doesn't take sides when there is a problem.

Good

To work in my current Company is fine the problem is the management they dont treat us the same there are some favoritism when it comes to color worse the owner of the Company he doesn't even know what is going on and I dont even think that he cares because he only takes one side of the story to find out how we are or how we feel are we happy or not he doesn't care and you dont get increase if the manager doesn't like you. The boss he be came a manager because the manager is boss, the boss only does what the manager tells him to do. Beside that my Company is a very good Company an my co- worker we get along fine we help each other in every way that we can. Kindly Regard. Thanks.

Its is good

To work in my current Company it will be nice if we are treated the same way the color didn't matter or they were not making it obvious for us to that we or I'm different, beside that my my boss is little bit fine if he can take that title as a boss not that boss taking instruction from the manager to my Company its like that no matter what you say the boss only takes what the manager tells him to say or to do only things get done when the manager says so.

Cons: not all the time only when its busy like December time
