UTI is a global orgnisation, they have a strong learning and development culture. good organisational structure, financial tight. They hold people accountable and I have learnt everything that I wanted to know and I have achieved all that I needed to achieve within UTI.

Pros: Acknowledges individual talent.
Cons: Working 12-13 hours per day.

Vast knowledge

at the moment I don't feel productive and the work has gone minimal due to the system doing a lot automatically , my co-workers are great a- my busiest time are in the mornings and around lunch time. the fact that I have been here more than 5 yrs makes my work easy , I know the ins and outs of what I do.

Pros: working at your own pace
Cons: not enough growth in the finance department
