Excellent worker

I would like to hear where l am getting wrong in getting the right salary and right position for me. I have worked for the company for 6 years. When opportunities for promotion are about to happen management and company structure change.

Pros: Got the highest qualifications ,skills and knowledge compared to other people on top of me
Cons: works longer hours and weekend

Quick learner

I am looking forwardvto grow myself. I am looking for a company that can see the potential in me and develop. I am spent much of my work time at my desk and cooperate very well with coworkers. I share knowlwdge l hsve with them and do not want confrantations with co workers

Pros: Ready for promotion
Cons: Lacks supervisory skills

Excellent learning curve

It has been a great working and learning environment. Coming into it with no formal project management training, I was granted an opportunity to study project management, and received a formal qualification. My role allowed me as coordinator allowed me to work with various departments such as HR and Communications. This not only exposed me to under functions within the company, but gave me a broader view of the group opportunities for me.

Pros: Great learning opportunities
Cons: No security
