I have good knowledge of quality tools that i have studied and leant over the years .

I worked for Utility -Systems for just over a year and was retrenched.I helped this campony to improve and better the scrapping and non conformance in the manufacturing department. I and bettered and improved the anti -static on production to improve the number of pcb failing due to incorrect anti static. I leaised with supplier and set in new structures in placed to controll all incoming non conforming parts and comonents. i allso leasied with supplier with advise to better the quality of their part by conducting audits at they plants. I have my ISO 9001 auditing cert.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn and better my working skills.
Cons: Long hours . No room for growth.

To learn of all pre-paid metering industry.

1.Control, anaylis and inspection of all electrical incoming goods, according To work and test procedures. 2. Drawing up works instructions for critical components and later for Components which can be problematic. 3. Inspect all faulty electrical parts from production (i.e. Bec metering and Clipsal) using test procedures and equipments. 4. Raising and controlling of ICR’s due to defective quality and processes. 5. Control and monitoring of G8D’s and Scar’s. These are drawn up when there is a high failure from production when receiving of non conforming parts. 6. Lasing with suppliers concerning non conforming parts and making sure Those corrective measures are taken to improve the incoming parts.

Pros: Opportunity to learn
Cons: Long hours and long distance to travel.
