Awesome company to work for, amazing location in camps bay. Management cares for their staff and very attentive to their needs. Cons would be work life balance as hospitality industry could be very demanding.

Great learning curve
Great company to work in, great for getting experience in the industry the one thing there’s no benefits for stuff and super long hours. No perks at all .

Great learning experience
It was a great learning curve coming from the mining industry and learning facilities management for the hospitality industry. The broad range of knowledge that is needed suited me perfectly as this helped me hone my skills as a facilities manager.

Being a sales coordinator
As a sales coordinator there is a constant connection between client and business . Consistency is key . Liasing and communicating with clients is what i like about my job .i truly enjoy working in theb"team work makes the dream work " scerio . I am a very observant person, i enjoy working with people. I have learnt each department has their own structure of generating . But i enioy ekanring something new and experiencing all departments . I would say with being an observant person . Office politics does not allow motivation

Brilliant candidate
On a daily basis i ensure my customers are happy and satisfied. I enjoy working in a team, and my colleges are well aware that i am here to work and not make friends, i get the job done, and they enjoy having me part of the team to ensure a smooth process daily. I have learnt that no matter where life leads you, just be the best you can be at all times, i enjoy meeting different people, cultures and diversities. The most challenging thing about my job is not having to meet a guest satisfactions, that doesn't happen often, however when it happens i still ensure the company is happy and the guest is happy.

I like working in a fun environment, were my co workers and myself get along very well . I like facing new challenges in a company . With my previous IMPLOYMENT i was givin the challenge to learn the basics of Admin, Store Manager and PA .

Excellent learning curve
Working in an upmarket growing rentak agency as a general manager. I have an excellent relation with my team, the have taught me patience and unsmderstanding. The most challenging part of my job is having to be on 24 hour call.

Vast facilities management exposure
Village n Life is extremely stressful company to work for with no systems in place. No regard for people. Staff are not treated fairly. People who work for Village n Life, work non stop with little time for family. If you made an error, you are spoken to rudely. Top Management dont treat staff well and almost look down on people.
