Information about my work

Voice and data (not project 802) Typical work day: Answer calls in call center and assist with network/telephonic troubleshooting. Relationship with co-workers: bubbly environment but when its busy it gets serious. What have a learnt: Many things, this is in my CV. What I enjoy most: Finally fixing a very difficult task that was hard to find the answer/fix to. Most challenging aspects of the job: Work time, 8AM-5PM + overtime + standby weekly basis + training on weekends All this info is for voice and data and not Project 802, I have left project 802 over 1-2 years ago.

Pros: Great environment to grow
Cons: Long working hours + standby by weekly basis

- Managing interconnects / and administrative office as well as billing and core operations of ISP Voice and Data Environment. Monthly reporting Most challenging aspect - getting most out of people

Pros: Freedom to have been in a learning environment
Cons: Reached my management cap, would prefer to be in an structured environment and culture
