My Current responsibilities include 1. Diarising Legal Files and overseeing Legal Departments’ dairy system 2. Dealing with all correspondence addressed to the legal department 3. Timeously corresponding with attorneys. Liquidators and trustees 4. Liaising with customers and debtors 5. Drafting and monitoring Acknowledgement of Debts 6. Overseeing and assisting with the requirements relating to CGIC Alpha List 7. Processing Limit of Discretion 8. Conducting Credit Searches 9. Training Company Employees 10. Visiting Branches 11. Data Capturing 12. Overseeing Collection process 13. Reporting to Management 14. Dealing with branch queries 15. Sending monthly instructions to credit controllers and Managers 16. Assisting with Archiving of closed files 17. General assistance in the Legal Department where required by your Manager 18. General Administrative Duties I get along with all my co workers as we one big family. i work hard and always give my best

Need to be more hands on
I am hard working and enthusiastic and always try to find the positive side to any situation. I have many different skills that I have picked up through the years mainly due to the fact that I have had the opportunity to do many different fields of work. I like a good challenge that will increase knowledge, perspective and skills. I also have skills in Microsoft: Word, Excel, E-mail and Internet. I enjoy a lively and friendly atmosphere that’s buzzing with excitement and I am always happy to meet new people. I have also had a lot of experience in the customer service industry and though being a difficult industry I thoroughly enjoy it. When it comes to work I work hard to meet deadlines and well under pressure. Through all my experiences I have always been open minded and ready for new challenges. So now that you know me a little better I hope it will make your decision a little easier.

Excellent learning curve
With my experience gained during my 12 years of being an employee in the Electrical Industry, I strongly believe that I am a worthy and valuable asset. I am a leader by heart and able to deliver unquestionably. I always apply technical skills and knowledge to increase overall effectiveness in my roles. I understand how one’s own function adds value to the organization and to business partners. I work effectively in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities and rapid change. I can handle critical thinking and decision making with ethics, integrity and trust

Excellent learning oppurtunity
At Voltex it is sometimes very hectic but enjoyable especially with assistance of our friendly and supportive managers. I enjoy long distance trips as i get to know more place and most importantly routes I have learnt that when you carring stock, it needs to be covered and most importantly to avoid stoopping on your way The most challenging aspect is when the supervisor at the office has to call you while you busy driving, i prefare other forms of communication such as texting and whatsup. However if our trucks had a bluetooth which can be connect to our phones it would be a challenge to speak using a phone while driving.
Pros: Great opportunity in terms of learning and time management
Cons: overtime too limited
