In need of a new challenge
I have vast experience in the Call Centre industry [Sales, debt recovery, customer care]ranging from junior to senior positions. At present, I am heading a project for my company in terms of acquiring ISO:9001 certification which entails: Designing and developing of documents i.e. scripts, matrices, score cards which are used in the Call Centre, Training department and Quality Assurance department. I am able to adapt to most or any environment as I have previously worked retail and wholesale. I know that my proven book, learnership, technical, soft skills training skills and strong commitment to high ethical, professional standards and flexibility in devising proactive responses to changing socioeconomic conditions would allow me to make a significant contribution to your organization. The majority of the time at my current employ has been spent in managing teams of agents.

Excellent learning curve
My Typical day = it is never the same :) you may plan to do what you need to do, but change is constant so you have to work around those road blocks and keep moving forward. with my co workers we have a fair relationship and we all have disagreements and differences of opinions at some point as we are not all the same - important here is to have clear open communication with co- workers or staff who reports to you , so that nothing gets "swept under the rug" what I have learnt = well so much in the years that I have been here - I can share this : it is important in a working environment to 1. approachable 2. listen and also 3. add value everyday!! 4. there are no stupid questions if you don't know something. 5. you must enjoy what you do to succeed !! What i enjoy the most = is seeing my task or my plan coming to fruition and also not have do overs this is the best accomplishment ! The most challenging = is time - as this does not stand still for anyone !!

Good communication is the best
I've learned how to handle different situation more especially customers, and working with different people. The most challenge was to be asked something that you can't have a say on or question, that's what make me feel more unnecessary preasure and i cant enjoy my work.

Many ways of growing within the company
I am optimistic and goal driven to execute given tasy to the best of my ability and always finding new ways to do better .I am an exceptionally motivated person with a positive attitude, I always set high but realistic goals for myself and always believe that I can do anything I set my mind to, I have strong communication and problem solving skills, I easily adapt to change and I am always keen to learn new things. I work well under pressure, very flexible, people orientated, friendly and a team player and also a good leader when given the opportunity to. I am also result orientated and achieve my targets in alignment with the Company's objectives and core values. I would love to be a part of the great team you have and add my value.

Learning everyday
We working long hours and not getting paid enough money. We work on holidays and not getting paid double. We only have a 30minutes lunch which is short because we so many

Excellent learning curve
My relationship with my co workers is excellent i get along with everyone. What i enjoy most is the motivation and team work.. Thr challenging aspects is reaching the daily KPI and reaching target. I have learned alot in the call centre industry and want to grow as an individual.

Learning curve
Vvm is a company driven by profit by any means even making the employees pay for the necessities that companies usually pay for their employees (access card, headsets, lockers, parking even tea).

Excellent in training
I work at Vvm as an HR intern my duties are to type counselling, warning,ect I type 20 words per minutes. I work as an Hr officer, I do administration to scan documents create contract,letter of employment if they is recruitment. I work as receptionist answer call and make call during recruitment and everyday. I also work as recruitment consultant, read cv,give applicants assessment to write and do interview.
Pros: great company to gain experience

Excellent
im currently work as a call centre agent , dialling different books , but the most book that i enjoyed to work with was sars, i like my management because they make sure that we treated equally and they motivate us to reach targets and give us bonuses when we reach our targets, i have learn a lot within the company for an example to respect the consumers and clients as well and to know how to communicate with people that we collecting from so that it can be easy for them to pay their debts. i learn that we need to be patient with the debtors and we need to convince them in an easy way to pay their debts ,we dont need to be harsh on them, most challenging of the job its to work with rude clients even if they can talk whatever they like to you , you need to be always calm.
Pros: Great opportunity for promotion its to work hard and been commited to your job
Cons: i do working long hours currently so i dont think i will have a problem of working long hours
