No growth in company
Great co-workers, I got the opportunity to get the toolmaker trade while working for VW but was never exposed to the work environment and have no experience within my trade, hence i resigned. Because there was no growth. The skills are provided but no experience was gained in the toolmaker trade.
Pros: Limited experience, no promotion
Cons: Training and learnership programmes provided.
