Excellent a learning curve
I learned a lot in FMCG Industry, starting from Safety to Production. I had a excellent relationship with my co-workers, work mostly in contact with the guys in the plant who is responsible for the running of production, I have learned how important everyone`s role, from crusher to a forklift driver in order to deliver a finish product to consumers. what I enjoy most was working with the people, they positive attitude to finish production/task. the most challenging part of my job was to get nearly 100 males to report to me with the personal and work related issues.
Pros: Oppurtunity for promotion
Cons: Salaries not good

Excellent Learning Experience
Working at Wilmar SA has taught me alot and i have gained alot of knowledge and experience and its a really good working environment if you have the support from the higher level management. Like every other company you need the support from your team leader/manager. I enjoy the knowledge one can gain from such an industry. The most challenging aspects of this job is the late hours and the stress at month ends. Working with my colleagues is a breeze as we have always had a good working relation towards one another.
Pros: Great Learning Experience
Cons: Long Working Hours and no Recognition

Too bust, one person required to do all the work. Alots of pressure
It's a good company just needs change in leadership. Training must be provided when a person starts a job instead of being thrown out there and having to teach yourself how things work.
Pros: Job security
Cons: No growth,no training
