WNS ( TELKOM ) review summary
At my workplace , everyday is a learning day for me as i learn new things on a regular daily basis . it's a very good environment for obtaining knowledge you did not know . relationship with co-workers is absolutely the best as we assist each other with work we do not understand , reach out a helping hand to a person in need . i have learnt a lot of things , have obtained information that was not given during training and still learn everyday .i enjoy assist customer and giving them the service that they are lookinh . I enjoy knowing that i was able to assist a customer that was in need , who required assistance which i have offered to the customer .
Pros: There is recognition if you work hard and dedicate yourself to your work
Cons: Staying at work after your shift has ended to put an effort in increasing the service level in the company

A very challenging work enviroment
I am one of the Senior Agents, I spend a day assisting customers and new Telkom staff with queries, Handle escalations, log AI capture information on the system.
Pros: Nothing

Excellent learning opportunity
• Assist Customer with ADSL/FTTH and Fixed Voice and |Router Set-Up • Log Faults For queries/Follow Up on Queries • Check data usage/ Activate vouchers/Cancellations of Products/services I've got a great relationship with my co-workers, Being in the technical industry I've learned a lot of knowledge of internet, what i love mostly about the job is the environment and being friends with colleagues of different culture. The most challenging part of the job is being unable to assist customer with their query

Excellent learning curve
1.Answering incoming calls from customers regarding telephone directory department. 2.Assisting clients enquries for various departments. 3. Assisting customers in an effective and professional manner. 4. The most challenging aspects of the job is dealing with irate customers. 5. I enjoy customer service and being of help to people.
Pros: Great opportunities of promotion to various departments
Cons: Long hours,night shifts.
