Log all customer interactions on relevant internal system
Currently a Customer Admin Agent with 5 years of experience in Customer Service and Customer Care, dealing with general customer queries in a manner that limits reputational damage, meets the needs of the customer and is in line with the company’s strategic direction, operational policies and regulatory requirements. Log all customer interactions on relevant internal system to assist effective case resolutions and to meet compliance and legal requirements. Escalate administration requests, complaints, issues and problems to Team Managers for further resolution where necessary. Excellent environment for growth
In this challenging environment I have been given immense opportunities to grow and develop. My most recent opportunity has been to head-up and establish a specialized Customer Care department within our organization, which focuses on customers with Mental Illnesses, Terminal Diseases, Self-Harm et al. I enjoy the people & customer centricity and it has further honed my people skills for which I am extremely grateful.

Always new challenges
A typical day at wonga.com for me was litterally doing whatever my manager needed help with, especially assisting different departments in the company with their admin

Home away from home
Great environment, home away from home. Colleagues get along and talk about our person lives and supported each other. I've learnt that my work place is where I spend most of my time there for one needs to make it work no matter what the situation is and at my previous campany we cared for one another from seniors to juniors

Learning curve
I am a customer services agent who deals with customer queries on a daily basis.queries include loan applications, loan status,technical issues,processing payments,account queries (unlocking of accounts) fraud detection,escalating cases to relevant departments, responding to emails,dealing with complaints and refunds. My relationship with co workers is great,always willing to help and learning from everyone. I have learnt quite a lot as I like to know more about different departments and what they do.I have also learnt how to deal with different kinds of people as we have people from all over working with us, and our clients are from all over the world. I enjoy every bit of my job as interacting with people is my passion.

At my current company we are a family I am excited to go to work as the people around me always positive. Everyday is a new challenge if it's work or just increasing targets. We make it fun
