Individually responsible but working with a team who has your back is awesome

Wood is a great company to work for but they are very rigid and stuck in corporate culture and struggle to change to evolving markets. They are good to their employees

Pros: Good Team
Cons: Sometimes just a number

With company takeovers no increases for two years and one minimal increase

Implemented a QMS system plus integrating two companies documents to global standards and implementation thereof. No recognition given with very little training. Supervision was non existent and when the company changed management, the work done to implement integration was not acceptable and critized although it was done according to the how and what it should conform to ISO. Standards.

Pros: Gained ISO 9001:2015 knowledge
Cons: Long hours with no recognition
