Day to day is normally stress day with its goals and targets. Good relationship with fellow co workers up to management level. Everyday is a challenge learning curve to understand and communicate with people and to reach out and succeed in all tasks. My biggest challenge is to add value to success and to educate other people in the trade.

Cons: 240 Hours monthly , Holidays, Public Holidays, Cant always take annual leave

Training/Safety/Consulting/Communication is the most important learning curve for results

Work days have no limits on hours for consulting and co-workers communication are very good and assist them in all aspects work and private. Lessons learnt in life is always to listen and assist where you can a rugby team have 15 players to win a game and a coach to help them. In workplaces is it the same. Enjoy positive results from work and advise giving.Results is always a motivations to reach targets and goals. Challenging aspects is always to be positive and to take chances to a higher level and to be successful in my life and my career.
