Amazing learning curve

This is a very friendly, family kind of work environment with flexi hours if needed. Handling directly with the clients has its cons. I have learned how to manage people and manage your deliveries so that the projects can finish on time

Project manager and Lead Consultant at Absa

I lead the Consulting team on the ABSA/Barclays EDGE programme.I am also the project manager on a Premier to People payroll system migration project. This entails moving 25000 employees and 305 payroll structure from one system to another

Pros: Agile working environment and great opportunity for growth.
Cons: To many areas to be a specialist in.
