Excellent learning

Proper training, fair treatment, supportive colleagues who understand each other, fun activities that happens.long working hours without lunch break. Sometimes we work as teamwork.

Great

I feel it great working at XCO Group. get opportunity to prove your self in terms of skill, communication, prove solving etc. the relationship with colleagues is good. what I enjoy most is making money! it is challenging dealing with difficult clients who are expecting much of what we can deliver in short period of time.

Pros: great in broadening knowledge
