Adapt quicker and excellent in toubleshooting
In my current position I log about 25 -35 calls daily in assisting clients with Quires. Escalation process to third level, for complex task as i'm in second level. I have learnt_ how to configure CISCO devices, Mikrotik Firewall, printers, work station and VOIP phones. Learning to be patient with customers as all clients differ and how to assist with their fault. I'm mostly thrilled with the amount of work I receive from multiple clients, as our company is a Internet Service provider and render services to all kinds of clients. Most challenging aspect is troubleshooting International speeds_ International servers tend to not provided the accurate ressults. One has to carefully check all angels before advising the client other wise. Mail issues_ mail are not complex but they got their own mind. Same settings might work on a work station but not working on another.

Excellent stepping stone / first time Job
Working at the current Company is really a good learning curve. I have lern't a lot since being with the company. My work day, on a good day I get to log around 25 - 35 calls or tickets. The pressure is there where we have to comply with Client's SLA's. We have to resolve issues that comply with their SLA. I have learnt a lot regarding Networks, Domain, Email and Voip. I enjoyed learning new devices resources, CIENA, CISCO and Juniper's. the most challenging part was troubleshooting Speed issues on clint side expereincing.

Cons: No growth in the company.

Good company to start a career from.
Very busy environment working on. Relation with co workers very good. I have learnt may things to help me the best IT support Technician. Learning new things everyday, I enjoyed it. Attending to all customer request within a time frame.
Pros: Good learning enviroment.
Cons: Low salary, log hours.

Busy days on business hours as we have multiple clients. Good Relationship with co workers. I have learnt most Networking infrastructure, to configure and troubleshoot. I enjoy Learning new things to expand my knowledge. Troubleshooting speed problems over fiber link.
