I love a good challenge

I start at 8:30 with checking my inbox and responding to all jobs;starting with the urgent once.Next would be to check all printing machines;all in working order and all consumables is full;and the network is up and running.I'm working with 400+ users for the printing machines and one co-worker (a very lazy one)things are though but we get through it every day. Dealing with this amount of users is good ;because you learn how to treat different people different every day .I've notice that some people are morning persons and others is better to work with if they are not under pressure.Working with these people is what I've learned to love and enjoy;I'm only here for a year now.Most challenging aspect of my job is to get my co-worker to understand the importance of our job or the reason for us being here,to be very careful with what we share or talk about ;the way we address the users and how we solve there questions

Pros: that I could get the opportunity to become a permanent worker for the company where I'm looking after the printers

Excellent

The staff is amazing to work with, when you are there you feel like you have a second family. My experience was more than great. Another thing is time flies when you are there, sometimes you even forget that is lunch time. They know how to treat their stuff, when you close or your contract ends they do a small lunch just to show their appreciation for the work you did

Skills development

I have learnt to work with a team and master the are off being indepentent . I also learnt software skils , Hardware skills , troubleshooting and fault findings . Software installations , assemobling devices and referbishing them a. I was able to master the art of customer zatisfaction .. Meet all clients requiremenits . Good in meeting deadlines .I Have

Incident coordinator

Incident coordination functions being responsible of all activities associated with the end to end managing of service calls and installation with the objective to fulfill an Incident management function to restore normal service operation as quickly as possible and minimize the impart on business operations, ensuring that service level agreement is maintained. must be customer service focused and pay attention to detail be process driven and team player I know what customer service mean and how important to have a good relationship the customers. The most challenging part is pushing the team to work t the way you want them to and meeting your monthly targets

Pros: Within the department I am in the is no room for growth
Cons: Hours of work are 08:00to 16:30 and will depend with you to put in more hours

Excellent learning curve

The best experience I have ever came across it has broaden by knowledge base, install pri ters and troubleshooting the printers, instructions are transparent, lunchtime is available, the workload is balanced also. The team is contributing to the course

Excellent working condition

M working with students who cum and collect their study materials and also help lectures with to prepare their modules for the year,m also assisting incoming clients to fill the job card for the job that they bring to be done,answering the phone calls for the management and directing de calls,counting stock every week and capturing meter readings.

Pros: I've learned how to work with the customers and learn how to earn customer,s trust.

Interactive features in the workplace with the hardware and the clients

A normal day at work is checking on printers, if everything is running smoothly on site. Most clients always have a smile but at times technology takes its toll and the printers are frustrating. but problem solving is an essential skill in all the work I do.
