Great learning curve

The company is a growing SMME that invests in young professionals. Working for XET has been a great experience with the type of relationships one has with the coworkers and manager. I enjoy seeing young people grow in different ways. The most challenging aspect is that in order to succeed you need team efforts and if one area lacks it would affect the rest. I have learnt the importance of adhering to processes at all times.

Excelent learning curve

XET is a great company with very professional employees, I a have a very strong and good relationship with my co-workers, during my time in XET I developed several skills I started as an IT technical support technician worked myself up now I'm a BI Cognos Administrator

Pros: Great opportunity
Cons: Too many site visits
