I learn very quick in a very short period. I can work under pressure and withless supervision. I am able to work with a team and can be a team leader. I respect other people's views.

Be very vigilant, work and learn fast, be punctual.

It is a nice company to work for despite the struggling with receiving your leave days as you plan and difficult to receive your bonus on the dates you are supposed to be receiving it.

Pros: A lot you can learn
Cons: Don't get promoted as your performance improves
