Excellent

my work during the day is that im always communicating with people, and working with computer and the relationship with my workers is very tight we appreciate each other and i have lean a lot from them.. then during the day i change to be in front of the computer because thats temporary job, i wear my work suite and do what other artisan are doing because i need an experience in the artisan world, i have learnt that when you are working you dont rush to finish although theres a certain time, no matter how fast you are always double check your work, i have also learnt that you must always use your brain more than your power, i have enjoy mostly working with a lot of people that taught me to be a team worker and always obey each other no matter what circumstances, the most challenge is time, you must finish up on time to avoid downtime,

Pros: excellent
Cons: working hours are great, becaus you learn a lot from different shifts

Opportunity to learn and grow

we are in the Interiors for car manufacturers. we build door panels and dash boards for major car manufacturers in SA. We get parts both locally and internationally for assembly of these parts. We are also a JIt supply which means everything is system based.

Pros: Growth
Cons: working weekends
