All and all fantastic plce to work and a massive learning curve sith lots of changes and chala ges.. I dusty enviroment, due to product natire and nature of the plant, very old plant. . Good team to eotk with . .

Excellent learning curve

Hard working days in and out. Lots of Preventative Maintenance inspections and tasks being carried out daily. Standby once a month for a week long. Lots of problem solving skills required. Maintain and run plant to ensure maximum efficiency.
