I enjoyed working there as Java developer we used to play games, being given work to grow our skills
BbI learnhMy relationship was bad because of my consultant. I enjoyed working as a full stack developer I was part of a good team. My seniors were able to help me where necessary. The company had to oog selling food tuck shops.

ABSA / BARCLAYS -
A very professional environment where relationships with co workers is installed in the business value systems. Being a Credit Specialist I held many roles from management of the legal team to credit consultation and risk management. I was instrumental in the design of policies as well as the conformance audits in business to ensure alignment to policies and strategies. I was exposed to compliance to legislation and alignment of the business units to regulatory reporting and business alignment thereto. Further to work the environment is most enjoyable.

Decent salary
Decent salary and banking benefits. There has been major restructuring, the effects are still to be seen in the near future Much of the leadership has changed. It’s like s new bank

Excellent growth in the company
I had learned a lot even though it was part of my work practical job.... I worked with people day in and day out. Reaching target and making sure that clients are certisfied.

Excellent learning
Audit planning, consulting clients, sending RFIs, performing audit fieldwork, audit kick off meetings. Performing continuous audit monitoring. Completing dashboard. Maintaining stakeholder relationship. Relationship with co-workers is great as we work together on most projects. Learnings: Banking experience. Understanding the core banking system. Core banking system interfacing with other systems. Challenges: Delays from the client which impact on audit delivery timelines. Enjoy most: Dealing with stakeholders and business travelling

I am a hard working person who takes ownership of her work. I hold a NQF6 in banking service and advise, i am current doig my 2nd year of Bcom Financial management. Good place to work in, yes you will have to forget about your private life
Good place to work in, yes you will have to forget about your private life. Abnormal working hours even if one is into IT. Another positive to take home is the fact that they will pay for one to up skill themselves, bursaries.
