Big Opportunities not for all.
The challenges i face daily is motivating others.My relationship wit co-workers is great i don`t take my personal issues to work.I enjoy the sessions we have with other offices about helping one another achieving their goals.I have learnt patience and integrity is a major factor. Working at this company is not like your typical day job. I don`t speak negative about my job because at least i had an opportunity to learn something new.

What I HAVER LEARNED IN THE COMPANY IS COMMUNICATION SKILL WITH DIFFERENT PEOPLE ESPCIALLY CLIENT MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MY COLLEGUES IS GOOD WE ALL GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS I HAVE TRULY LEARNED A LOT FROM THEM AS I`M STILL A JUNOIR. BEING UNAPPRECIATED ABOUT YOUR HAVE DONE TO HELP THE TEAM.

Digital Transformation
Excellent team and fun to have team get together every now and then. Learnt new technologies like artificial intelligence, third party webservices to check customer's identification and verification. Obtaining more securities to onboard high risk customers.Discussed among the team for product backlog and shared the user stories among ourselves depending upon our strengths. Helping each other with the complex requirements .
Pros: Great opportunity for learning new tachnologies way forward to digigtal trasnformation
Cons: Sometimes felt uneasy with the development team as it is an inhouse product and most of the knowledge is sitting with them.

You are only a number after 26 years of working for Absa retrenched. Management doesn't care. also some department you made grate families and teamwork is always there

Excellent benefits
i work in a very busy enviroment we deal with multiple calls from clients enquiring about alot of diffrent issues regarding their credit cards i have learnt alot of new systems and how to deal with diffrent types of accounts and couriers the enviroment is stessful as we work with critical data on a day to day basis so we multitask alot i have an ausome relationship with my team members as i have a very bubbly personality and love working with people what i enjoy doing the most is interacting with the couriers to track cards and also helping the branches decrease the ques by assisting clients telephonically the most challenging aspects will be irrate clients as we work with their finances

Daily routing
Doing early shift for business users to find one person to tackle their application issues, sometimes I go around and check if all application are working fine or wait for incident to be logged then troubleshoot and close incident. If it may happen that issue require 2nd or 3rd party I escalate to the relevant technician for troubleshooting. If an incident logged against individual in a team during their absent, we trouble shoot and close incident. I like application support it helps me learning almost every application they depend on.

Good company to learn a lot from.
When I was appointed as contact center support analyst, I got the opportunity to work in a team where I learnt and enjoy. Most of the staffs on the team are well experienced from where I got the shared knowledge, different ideas and techniques from the different people. I learned the fundamental concept of understanding the customer behavior, strategic to grow the department and the day to day planning and policies to be self confident and self motivated. I believe this is the most helpful things which i learned from my current employer.
Pros: Opportunity to grow.

Excellent growth opportunities
I loved working in the banking industry but I need a change, I have worked in sales, admin, customer service and have worked in retail as well as the call center space both in banking and other industries.

I am a qualified International CFE member and i have been with Absa Bank Group for over two years working on different products including Digital Fraud Prevention, Digital Investigation, Card Investigation, False Application and Account Take Overs.
Pros: Fast Learner, independent worker and ability to prioritize
