Life at work
Good day Recruiter I work for Debit Card Fraud at Absa in Pretoria, I do reconciliations. The department has more the 90 staff members . I get to deal with all of them as I reconcile their work daily. I get along with my collogues very well. We sometimes have arguments over work but the issues get sorted we don't take anything personal. I enjoy working with people and I love the job I do. The most annoying part is not getting work on time from the investigators

Excellent learning
Audit planning, consulting clients, sending RFIs, performing audit fieldwork, audit kick off meetings. Performing continuous audit monitoring. Completing dashboard. Maintaining stakeholder relationship. Relationship with co-workers is great as we work together on most projects. Learnings: Banking experience. Understanding the core banking system. Core banking system interfacing with other systems. Challenges: Delays from the client which impact on audit delivery timelines. Enjoy most: Dealing with stakeholders and business travelling

Learning curve
I had been working with Answer and learned a lot. It build my self esteem learned how to communicate with individual. Doing sales telephonically and face to face meeting with clients willing to understand and is apt to any situation I find myself in

Sales skills, people skills, writing skills and communication dkils
Without determination there is no success there therefore I do everything with determination and I take initiative in all that I do. I enjoy wining and that motivates me, I don’t take offense , I believe in discipline and correction. I believe in empowering oneself and self development, also empowering others as well to achieve their goals. I can work alone, as a team and under constant change. I believe in change because you then don’t become too comfortable, yet change is there because the world keeps on evolving therefore we must always be relevant.

The beginning of bigger things
A good company to work for but lack of skills management and growth opportunity, I was in my safe place and I became complacent which is never a good thing Stressful environment but I always liked the challenge Meeting and interacting with people was always a highlight and no two people are the same so you have to be adaptable I think for me the sales targets were at times unreasonable and that was the biggest challenge
