Excellent learning experiences, very demanding, long hours, high pressure work environment
There are a number of opportunities for growth. A great deal of learning and exposure. However, there is very little room for a work life balance. The people are friendly and approachable and easy to work with.

Great oppertunities
Hennie is involved in managing Programmes within Absa Regulatory and Risk environment focussing on all Regulatory requirements to be compliant as per the Regulators. The role specifically involves the interpretation of Regulatory requirements and addressing all SARB routine and non-routine findings. The current programme focuses on implementing corrective actions addressing all Regulatory Requirements and associated findings including changes to Policies, all business processes, updating all procedures, update or changes IT systems including the integration of systems, addressing all training requirements across all business areas within the bank.

WORKING CLOSELY WITH COLLEAGUES AND DOING WHAT`S EXPECTED OF US AND MORE
Am a very hardworking individual and I have a very good relationship with my colleagues.Am multiskilled working as a teller/customer service clerk and currently training treasury custodian.I`ts a bit challenging when you have to move from one role to another in one day if it gets busy on the other side.I have learnt to do a few things at once,work under pressure,work closely with colleagues and try to accommodate and tolerate everyone`s behavior and different characters and to upskill myself if there`s anything I need to know as well as following procedure at all times.
