Excellent career transformation
I have a best team members as we work together. I have learnt business analysis and RPA in a short time and the challenge is to get information from other teams.I enjoy solving problems and helping others. I spent most of my day researching, analysing and coding.I have a best team members as we work together and helping each other. Great growth opportunities. The company invests heavily in its people, there is a core focus on being closer to colleagues and following a more linear approach, making executive level more accessible. Daily routing
Doing early shift for business users to find one person to tackle their application issues, sometimes I go around and check if all application are working fine or wait for incident to be logged then troubleshoot and close incident. If it may happen that issue require 2nd or 3rd party I escalate to the relevant technician for troubleshooting. If an incident logged against individual in a team during their absent, we trouble shoot and close incident. I like application support it helps me learning almost every application they depend on.

Myself
g I get along with all my co-workers. I enjoy learning new things on a daily basis and gaining the knowledge required. I enjoy seeing the completion of a specific project or task that needed to be fulfilled beginning to end with success.

Great learning curve
The company is currently going through a massive restructure and there's a lot going on. This is sometimes both good and bad. There are opportunities populating here and there to step up, however there are no actual guarantees of you being comfortable in your role due to restructuring.

Great experience gained
I was a blended agent working both inbound and outbound love the challenge dealing with different clients solving problems,making arrangements and educating clients on keeping a good credit record.Co-workers were good team players we would often help each and motivate one another on how to improve at work,supported one another in good/bad times.I learned that every situation is different and how listening to the clients complaints or request attentively can give you the best solution in helping the client right the first time.The part I enjoyed most about my job is knowing that a client was satisfied with the service they received.

Enhance abilities
The greatest way of improving the morality face of the organization, is positive communication. Strength comes from effective ethics from influential team work.
