I for a person who does not have a accountant qualification i have learnt that a lot is done back end. I have met really great people that now i consider friends, every person in the company comes in with an expectation especially on what they sale to you on the day of your induction however as time goes its not what it seems. What i do not like is the lack of respect people have for those who are not in managerial positions yes we might not be there but EVERYONE deserves respect even
