sMy relationship with my co-workers is good cause am a team player, hard worker always do whats asked of me everysingle day i give 110 even when i have finished my job that was i asked of me i help others i believe in team work , and coming to work i leave all my problems home i never come to work moody cause i'll be dealing with people and making sure they get the best service .i have learnt alot from working at Ackerman's putting the customer first its a priority it doesn't matter what colour of your skin is or age i only treat everyone with the same respect so that siyamazi can come back to the store and also being vigilante see whr there is danger if someone is tying to steal at the store and most importantly a clean store is a healthy store for shopping .what i enjoy the most is no matter how hard the day is am sleeping home at the end of day and it has to be done omeone is tying to steal at the store and most importantly a clean store is a healthy store for shopping

Excellent learning
I'm a looking for a job. Contact me immediately. I'm a good listener do my job very well. I'm hard worker I'm available any time you need me. I fineshed my grade 12 in 2013 then in 2014 I did computer course at silulo ulutho technologies, in 2015 I did management assistant course in boland college.

Excellent customer services
Im feeling happy to see customer leaving the store satisfied,I like sharing opinions with other employees like where you have to replenish a new stock. Dealing with difficult customers and make sure they are satisfied. Working with different people with different view makes a person learn everyday.

Excellent learning experience
It was good talking to customer giving them service and making tl enjoyed having conversations with them seeing them smile not faking it though was wonderful. A bad day was when a customer's credit card declined and she got furious it me saying it must be the machine cos she hasn't used the card and I had to stay calm all the time she was throwing tantrums. I finally called my superior to assist she then cooled down and said she would check with her bank and came back. We kept her stuff but she never returned,that time I was still new to the company. As time goes I got promoted also had to teach other new staff like I was to patient with customers give them an outstanding - Google Search https://swky.co/qGfTBx heir day.

Opportunity to learning
Great opportunities for the employees. Grooming people is always the key. Meeting the organization goal is also a key then balance it with staff personal goals. Sales driven is priority. Store bugdet to be maintained is always a mission.future and employees to grow within a company

Prepare your daily Morning talks address all out of line issues and risk issues how to prevent stock loss. Keep the store standard make your working have positive working environment Take care of your customers needs and link sales Motivate your team daily by award the good work and also give feedback in good and bad situation

Create experience and culture
I had a team of 128 pickers and we had a normal work relationship and we also had a family relationship because of the years we have spent together. I have learnt that as a leader, you lead, plan, organize and control your team. I have also learnt to understand peoples minds, behaviors, culture and emotions in order for me to motivate and encourage my team. I enjoy leading, helping and adding value to peoples lives in order to achieve our kpis, targets and goals.

Excellent learning curve
there is too much work everyday an sometimes you have to work under preasure but its a good experiance an the customers are very challenging but that also is a good challenge it makes you to learn about the campany an know everything that the campany is all about....you also learn about the team work an team work is important in a work place.

Good communication
I was working at Ackermans as casual but i was get paid every weekend.i was working nice with my co+work. I learn lots of things at ackermans. I was enjoying when shop it was busy. Myhe most challenging is when the first time i start working there.

Great company to work for but very limited opportunity for growth
Great company yo work for but you can be quickly pushed o a comfort zone because of lack of growth opportunities. The structure is alft which makes it impossible to grow.
Pros: Great bonuses if you made your budget
