Opportunity to learning

Great opportunities for the employees. Grooming people is always the key. Meeting the organization goal is also a key then balance it with staff personal goals. Sales driven is priority. Store bugdet to be maintained is always a mission.future and employees to grow within a company

Willing to learn more

Prepare your daily Morning talks address all out of line issues and risk issues how to prevent stock loss. Keep the store standard make your working have positive working environment Take care of your customers needs and link sales Motivate your team daily by award the good work and also give feedback in good and bad situation

Great development

On a daily bases i start my day with doing the figures to check how far are we behind or ahead budget if behind to come up with idea together with the team to improve the sales and the KPI of the store to the once of the company, right after then would be doing the jumping into the daily tasking so that everyone can know were to be at what time so that the store can have direction.. I have good working relationship with my cousin-workers as i have an open policy to with them, cause i have learned that working together as a team is better that doing everything all to yourself. I enjoy serving my customers making them happy with an excellent customer service . The most challenging is not being able to sort customers issue as they want too at times due to process that need to be followed and also dealing with stuff members that doesn't pull up with the team.

Each day to learn new skills

What I really about my job is that I am a senior store manager of which I'm able to train people to be a store managers and supervisors ,that makes me proud of myself to see people that had been trained by me getting successful

Excellent learning curve

-Taking stock from the boxes and ensuring that store room is organised -My relationship with Co-workers is so inspiring and motivating and advising one another -I learnt how to become productive and an efficient employee -I enjoy being with my team is so nice and inspiring -It needs more of strength and stamina

Very good in customer service

I am good in customer service and I make sure that everyone feel comfortable to work with me I make sure that everyone is doing well whenever I love people I always make sure that I don't hurt anyone

Create experience and culture

I had a team of 128 pickers and we had a normal work relationship and we also had a family relationship because of the years we have spent together. I have learnt that as a leader, you lead, plan, organize and control your team. I have also learnt to understand peoples minds, behaviors, culture and emotions in order for me to motivate and encourage my team. I enjoy leading, helping and adding value to peoples lives in order to achieve our kpis, targets and goals.
