Excellent learning curve

-Taking stock from the boxes and ensuring that store room is organised -My relationship with Co-workers is so inspiring and motivating and advising one another -I learnt how to become productive and an efficient employee -I enjoy being with my team is so nice and inspiring -It needs more of strength and stamina

Ackerman's is a great company ackermans is a great company andthe company is great great company the comapny is great and looks after they staff but the benefits are not so good they need to give better benefits

Honest, sales driven, saving costs, good communication skills, assist in opening new stores

My expectations is to keep my expenses as low as possible and to grow my people. To train an guide them and to treat others with respect. Not to spend what I do nt have to promise a healthy business through my honesty and hard work.

It's a good company to work for

Ackermans stores are hectictly busy every day, staff of Ackermans is very strong and knowledgeable in terms of visual merchandise and customers care is good, I have a strong bond with all my staff, I have learned to. Be strong and appreciate what you have and be willing to do the job now and don't let the day go by, my learning, Ackermans you get training of everything thing, ichallanging aspects it's when I ruined out of funds and yet they would be still alot off work to be done and sometimes you would plan your day accordingly but things don't turned out the way you have planned them..

I learned how to manage staff and treat customer in goes good way

I like working with team and I always encourage the m each an every time to do what is right and I am willing to work more Hours I am flex I love my job the only thing that challenge me on the job it where my staff failed to do things in time like I normal do it but I tried to spoke with then they they do it after more

Willing to learn and understand all the instructions that's given..

I'm willing to gain the information from my superiors as I'm willing to learn everthing that is gonna be new to me. And be able to focus in the workplace.

Pros: able to be more concerned to other things that you can learn sp thath when u get promoted it can be easier for u to take a part.
Cons: I wouldn't mind working long hours as I like to do my job

I have ten of experience within the retail sector,five of those as a store manager.I have managed three different stores and all with an archievement of over 105% of sales.I have been growing within the company and always put or adhere to company values.Always up for new challenges and always wanting to establish my career.
