Idoing everything on our own the management sometimes is cruel threatening to fire is. Always tilling that we won't group. That's the reason why am looking for a job. Emotionally abuse. The co-workers are good. I've learnt that life is difficult when u have responsibilities. I enjoy my work very much just that it has some up's and downs different issues that as an employee u have to deal with

We are the employees we should listening to each other and make complain
we had good team work in the workplace even the supervisor they don't have favoritism among their employees . what i learn good communication with your everyone in the workplace and understanding your work its important you will enjoy what you are doing you will feel like at home.Night shift and when we had lot of work because i know everyone would busy no one he / she is not gonna come in the workplace because we had little work.when we facing with the retchment and not get paid
Pros: as the company grows we get promoted after 3 month
Cons: most of the time we used to work long hours when we upload trucks

Excellent learning curve, promotions opportunity very high
ive learned alot in the company, ive grew in a short period of time, given opportunity to prove my ability, learned to work as a team which made me a proud team player and im willing to prove my ability and learn more withing different departments.

Honest, sales driven, saving costs, good communication skills, assist in opening new stores
My expectations is to keep my expenses as low as possible and to grow my people. To train an guide them and to treat others with respect. Not to spend what I do nt have to promise a healthy business through my honesty and hard work.

Working at Ackermans
Across all departments it is opened planned. Everyone is very social and inviting. Even though the culture is “fun” everyone is always proactive. Willing to help where they can. In a working environment I get along with all my co-workers, as it should be. As a store designer, it’s a constant learning curve, new designs, new aspects to include, stores and space are always evolving, this is what I enjoy the most. Every store like space is different and brings a new set of challenges as we go along.

Pros: working at ackermans as a cashier for 3-4 years i gain a lot of experient hard working,working as ateam,be presentable,helping customers also to deceplean all the time.
Cons: working for ackermans i have always commite ma self done all ma tasking daily also give ma colics surpport if they need my help and all their suggestion they come up with.

Wonderful learning Environment
This is a very good learning environment. The culture and atmosphere at the company make it easy for young people to adapt and show their skills and capabilities. We have a culture of supporting each other and celebrates each other's little achievements. We also have the culture of celebrating everyone's birthdays by buying gifts and cakes. I have also learnt to take responsibility and accountability of my duties and mistakes. I enjoy the social activities of the company which enables us to know each other fully in more informal manner

Average learning curve
We have a strong bond as Co-workers working as a team, I've learnt that punctuality is a good morality. I don't enjoy working there because we not treated the same there's a lot favouritism done by the manager, The most challenging thi is when we don't make monthly budget because that affects our hours, we turn to work short hours and that also affect our salary.
