We have a strong bond as Co-workers working as a team, I've learnt that punctuality is a good morality. I don't enjoy working there because we not treated the same there's a lot favouritism done by the manager, The most challenging thi is when we don't make monthly budget because that affects our hours, we turn to work short hours and that also affect our salary.

I'm a fast learner Also a hard worker
Work environment is good, there is so much that an individual employee can learn, especially working with different kinds of people with different personalities and skills,, I believe ackamens is part of those companies who offer many opportunities for its employees and it's up to them to grasp such opportunities and elevate themselves, team is one of their codes and they more on meeting targeted sales and that burden lies upon everyone in the store make sure we give excellent services. Staff is friendly and our managers are very helpful and kind. I enjoy most working with others especial hard workers.

Good learning
Idoing everything on our own the management sometimes is cruel threatening to fire is. Always tilling that we won't group. That's the reason why am looking for a job. Emotionally abuse. The co-workers are good. I've learnt that life is difficult when u have responsibilities. I enjoy my work very much just that it has some up's and downs different issues that as an employee u have to deal with

Excellent learning curve
there is too much work everyday an sometimes you have to work under preasure but its a good experiance an the customers are very challenging but that also is a good challenge it makes you to learn about the campany an know everything that the campany is all about....you also learn about the team work an team work is important in a work place.

I wish to entire into a field where I will reach my full potential, I love using my mind in solving problems and calculating figures yet at the same I love working with my hands, managing my environment My career objective is to work in an environment that will challenge me further while allowing me to explore and work on all my talents and contributing to the success of the organisation where i will learn and improve my skills and provide me the ability to apply my skills to a growing industry. Also apply the knowledge of my studies and the skills I have gained from previous experience, adding value to the organisation. Learn from all people and situation i come across and fields I enter. I still have so much to learn and perfect, and I would like to be given the opportunity to expand my knowledge and skills.

I had more opportunities at this company to learn more so am will to increase my knowledge of management at any institution.i went to leadership development and management skills courses including IR Management.2015 I also completed my second incharge management programme successful and got a certificate.

Excellent worker hard worker believe it grooming staff development
I'm currently working at Ackerman's Eldorado's as a Store manager stockloss of 0.36%company norm of 0.8% turnover of R17 million Managing 14 staff member including security guard Everyday morning meetings talking about how to improve turnover ,customer service and select the best customer service for the previous day allow staff to come up with ideas making our work environment more exiting dancing when we achieved our target

Good company to work for.
Being a store manager is challenging but it is what you make of it. Planning your day is very important! If it's done correctly everything else will fall into place. Ensuring you have enough staff to cover your tills and risk areas. Customer service is very important and you should ensure it is a priority. I have gained alot of experience in how to effectively lead a team. Team work is very important and ensuring you have a succession in progress.
