Excellent learning
Work 7 days a week sometimes of I don't hesitate to do that. Me and my co-workers we are such a great family I van say because we all enjoying working together, to respect each other is one thing I learned also queries form our customers is the most challenging aspect but that makes one to learn more.q

Magnificent experience and company culture
There is a recognition, growth and fun whilst doing your job, there's incentives and bonuses. A growing company in share market, good culture and atmosphere.Its a very huge experience for me as I never worked with laybyes and cellphones and as many feets in the store before. My day, I open the store, set up systems, plan the staff and tasks, ensure smooth operation and great customer experience, train the staff and monitor task and follow up on them.Ensure back area is a reflection of sales floor at all times.

A typical work day: I like to Work early in the Morning, and pursue my own development, such as training and doing academic courses in the afternoon. Working at Akermans company is grooming, there many opportunities for even non experienced employees to grow, work their self up non permanent staff get opportunities to be permanent. Veryfriendly environment chance to learn about health and safety learn different types of machinary such as forklift, oppus, rictrucks and trolley Jack's no pressure at all.
