My first day at work wasn't easy but I am willing to learn as fast as I can.My relationship was quite hard at first but I manage to compromise then was exciting to know them when time goes.I would love to give credit to the company coz they made me who I am today because now I know how to treat customers and my work too.To work with different people because they know how to put a smile on my face.Is when you feel rejected by your management. Excellent fast learning curve
It was amazing working there, the industry is fast paced, you do everything from being a cashier, to merchandising, to cleaning and to being a shop assistant and also to helping clients and sometimes do administrative work, my colleagues were very helpful, we had to help each other because the work was too much for someone to finish in time, sometimes we will have to come to work two hours before we open just to make sure that the floor is of clothes so that we could make budget, that was our first priority every single day

Leading a team
Working with open minded individuals Great team work and willingness to learn more and help one another I enjoy Interacting with our consumers Working under pressure sometimes it becomes stressful but with great goals it make it easier as retail industry requires such. I also enjoy working with numbers and admin side of the business

Excellent change for my life and my career
My job is a career to me not just a job..I love every moment I spend in that store with the best staff you can ever get..they are well trained by myself and they hell well with processes ..my store is number one in the division and sbu with a stockloss of 0,16%..my divion has opted to make my store a succession store whereby the company scout managers here..I'm 3years in this store and already I have 4store managers that I groomed..I do stocktake,oversee the whole store..I have 1co-manager ,3supervisors,1VM and 13permenant staff members and 8casuals.the only challenge I come across is when deployment is not in place and during transitional season month where my structure is not complementary...

Learning Experience
It's a good company to work for when working with people who know the job, on a normal day we work from 8 to 7 if we lucky we have no alarm call outs for the day I have a good relationship with fellow workers we get along well
