Working on all IT matters

The environment is both exciting and scary, because of the number of issues one needs to be cognoscent of. As we deal with a lot of private companies litigation is often a way where they show their discomfort at a decision taken. The hours are long but the work well worth it.

I have done sasseta GSO certificate and I have a diploma in policing.

I have a good communication skills and computer skills and kww have worked very good with the company I was working for last year and I have a good communication with them. I love the company because it has good relationship with their employees.

Pros: High possibility
Cons: I enjoyed working 8 hour and over times

Good company

The company is ok to work for, good benefits, the salary isn't bad at all, the politics and favoritism gets to you at times but it's a solid company to work for.

Pros: No promotion for non black African

Acsa has the provision for an employees, they gave the opportunity to disadvantage people

what i like about aforementioned ,they provides bursaries for employees ,the first day i started at acsa , was hectic and seems i quits same day because the environment was not similar with what i had before,the relationship with my co-workers was amazing,we made jokes and laugh an each every day,at the same time the operation was running smoothly,i learnt so much things at acsa sometime i met with challenges .most times i enjoyed, i enjoyed when we went out for stuff party,when the terminal running empty we ran for the whole day.

Excellent work

It is a great company to work for. With great perks as well, depending on your manager and flexibility of the organisational rules. There is more room for improvement for the org as well as some standardasation with proper documentation and PCMs.

No growth forseen

No forseen opportunities for growth. Operating model disadvantages and no proper discussions prior to model being put into place. Ram parity also disadvantages against market related roles.

I would love to gain experience in my field

I am a hard working employee and willing to learn more and also futher my education. I am not afraid of new challenges and I do not mind working overtime when necessary and I am also hard working,friendly and work well with all of my colleagues

Perfect industry for growth

I actually enjoyed working at acsa as it is a very big profit generating company,you actually get to know more about many cultures surrounding us in the entire WORLD,you get to understand people better and know how to calm down certain types of tempers,they also give you an opportunity to further your education when made permanent.the only challenge I had was having to deal with illegal porters but either than that my job was perfect.what I loved most show we treated each other with my colleagues,we were like family including the others companies within the airport

Cons: waking up at 3am for 5am shift
