For me its a good learning curve to build up experience
I would rather looking for another place of work because of the low wages and long hours ,no one can die of hard work it is just the wages and that they dont sign you permanent

Its a good place to grow in and a challenges are handlable.
Working with many people where some are older than me made me to hai more self esteem and self trust. There's no time to doing any employee a favaour when I comes to breaching work rules, if an employee breaks rules disciplinary takes place. When ever my employees face problem I always break and solve for my team the problem so that production can rise rather falling. Sometimes employees can have problems when it comes to time keeping and the more time is being mssd at work or miss used during the running of production a client might also lose customers hence I make sure that I motivate them I help them know that wasting time at work can risk their jobs, a client deserves a well trained team that can work ahead.

Excellent learning curve
Ensure that standards of performance on the Accounts are achieved and exceeded. Manage the productivity of the Accounts Service Deliver Supervisors. Recommend effective resource planning on the Accounts. If required, handle industrial relations matters pertaining to both temporary and permanent staff. Resolve Client and Candidate complaints and disputes, and do everything possible to maintain Client’s goodwill. Excellent relationship with co-workers
