A lot of room for growth

Its an open set up. We work flexi hours and the colleagues are amazing. Everyone has a close relationship with the CEO. Ive grown a lot especially because ive worked in defferent departments within the company.

Excellent for growth

I belive it was a structural and a good learning curve for me. I started from at the bottom and they saw my potential. I still hold it at great regards for all the managers and supervisors that helped me grow

I've become professional in everything i do

Month ends are very hectic Its an open plan office My colleagues are very mature and professional people And its not so quiet We have a canteen next to our desks with makes it easy for communication

Pros: The atmosphere is soothing
Cons: Distance is a problem
