Working at Afrox is challening, satisfying, engaging, diverse and highly vibrant.

Warm, family orientated company. Continous chnages in structure ensured a very busy schedule of meetings, presentations, email and telephone queries, process mapping and redesigning of process while business as usual activities continue. The manufacturing enviroment is complex - from blue color workers to professionals - who have different levels of needs and understanding. Abiity to resolve and or direct to resolve has been the most satisfying of the role - an ability to provide a satisfactory customer experience.

Good company to work for

Highly pressurising environment. Given the power to make decisions and work independently. No management support structure. Good relationship with co workers. Poor incentive system which can be demotivating to employees

Great working environment with great people.

Good company to work. The culture is great and I've worked with a great team. My manager was more of a mentor and had good people skills. I had learnt a lot and even got promoted.

Gained a lot of experience from shutdowns

i gained a lot of experience during execution of projects which includes mainly shutdowns. i have done refurbishment of a complete plant from scratch to start up. i have assisted during breakdowns. i have managed several projects on my own.
