I am a hard working person who always follows procedure in every task that I do. I am co-operative, good communicator, believe in myself and abilities. I am highly motivated, prefer working under pressure in an environment that is supportive, encourages individual participation, individual initiative and co-operation. I am also creative self-motivated individual, innovative and I have the ability to adapt to challenging environment with relative ease

Excellent learning curve

At the moment I we are working from home. Assupol is a great company to grow and get experience and it gives you a room to to make decision about your work without dictating to you.

Excellent learning curve

I work as a rep, selling insurance policy. It has been a great experience to be a to deal with clients, give financial advise. My communication skills have improved. I deal with pressure as we have to our monthly targets.

Raising the bar

I perform oversight duties over financial advisers and brokers on daily basis. I enable the sales team with required sales skills in order to perform above required standards as a result the team is the highest ranked in the region. I have a friendly relationship with colleagues. I have learnt that it is important to listen to everyone in the team as we all have different experiences and a wealth of knowledge to share. I enjoy assisting people to achieve their career and personal aspirations. The most challenging aspect is also the most exciting and relates to coming up with strategies to improve the teams performance.

Positive enthusiastic professional energetic always willing to learn

Good relationship with co-workers. I've learned corporate etiquette. I enjoy organising the décor for all big events. Most challenging aspects of my job is arranging Accommodation and flights as people tend to make last minute changes and that affects pricing and availability.

Fast learner,excellent listening skill and understand things before of can be done

Working in a company is a big challenge ,you must work according to the company rules. I enjoy working with people because you can share your opinion to each other and if you do not understand some work you can one of them .what I have learn in the company is you must take you work as you first priority and work with clients fairly ,what I enjoy most was when I have to do challenging works that to they never teach me and when I have done the mistakes they do rectify for I was the one fixing it.The most challenges of the job is when they giving me different schemes to captured and at the same and they want it to be finished before the due date.
