Currently enrolled for my diploma in logistics and supply chain managemanet.

Despatch Clerk/ Receiving Clerk I liaise with sales team as to the delivery requirements of clients, receiving of sales orders and delivery notes- requirements of clients. I plan loads of relevant trucks according to urgencies as well as applicable tonnage. Receipting Import and Local material. LEADERSHIP SKILLS • Strong collaboration, influencing and problem resolution skills. • Innovative and persuasive. • Ability to lead, motivate and build successful teams. • Building and maintaining strong and effective relationships with suppliers and customers. • Taking responsibility for personal development.

Pros: I love learning new things and do not depend on others to do my job for me,whatever I cannot do myself I make sure I equip myself with the necessary skill to do so.
Cons: I do work very long long I am supposed to start at 07h15, but I am at work at 06h40.

Good understanding of how private organisation operate.

Working on SAP System,J D Edward ans AS 400. Good knowledge of steel , plates , section and round bars. Good Quality circle and production planning. Well organised and able to plan my daily duties.

Pros: Looking towards Quality and to being a Supervisor but our organisation is struggling due to Steel industry that is not on good situation .
Cons: Use to sacrifice and work extra our , holidays and week end for the sake of my organisation in order to exceed our clients expectation and Just In Time delivery.

Learning, challenges and moral of the team.

We work in shift 6 am till 6 pm then the other shift starts machines at 6pm till 6 am.we always have good relationship with my colleagues everyday that's make us to miss our work.we don't choose work we do all work and helping each other.we work hard because of team spirit. the most challenge in our job its risky but we learnt about safety all the time.I have learnt many jobs including the jobs that I don't get payed for it.I like to learn more everyday when I'm at work.

Cons: I am a dedicate individual that places high regards on time management and team building. Being hard working is just few of my attributes that I place a great deal of importance on. My personal skills enable me to build-up good relations between my colleagues. Having worked at company stated in my CV has instilled a great deal of discipline and respect in me, which assist me in communicating with different levels of management and colleagues. I am deadline driven and a very focus individual, which enables me to get on with work at hand with no supervision thus meeting deadlines.

I am classified as a person who with disability I lost sight of my right eye Presently I am Asset Officer responsible for assets verification, verify budget provision on sap accounting system. Verify all invoices against transactions in system. Prepare a list of all newly acquired assets within corporate & shared services for bar-coding. Capitalise new acquisition decapitalised all assets regarded as impaired or scrap. Create purchasing orders for the departments verifying availability of fund .follow up on invoices and process them for payment liaise with clients for outstanding payments. Ensure proper control system exist for assets management and ensure that preventative mechanisms are in place to eliminate theft and loss. Ensure an accurate fixed assets register and maintain close quality control over the registration of assets database at Joburg City Council

Pros: My tenure with above mention institute has given me an exposure that will enable me to meet and exist challenges that come with this a position

I’m a hard working individual with the capabilities to cope under pressure and under competitive environments. I like working with others because it prepares you to the future as we learn new things everyday and it helps to someone to survive in such places, and definitely if you working with people or as a team it much easier for you to strive to success or achieve some organizational goals. I have computer skills, PowerPoint, excel, excess, PowerPoint presentations, typing skills and many related skills pertaining to computer. I also have marketing skills, how to sell a product or things you working with as before I found myself in those kind of environments. Being in total sports or the Foschini group has prepared me how to communicate with people and how to put something on a market as we were selling apparel related product.

Planning and Co-ordinating

It's very nice and challenging job to do on a daily basis but with the help of the team we manage to satisfy our customers. I have a lot on the production, quality and safety side. The most challenging aspects of my job was when I have to work on weekends, evenings and even on my road trips. I was given the company laptop so I can be able to work from anywhere
