A reliazation of a strength and ability I did not know I had.
I only work night shift because of my nature of liking to challenge myself, I wanted to see if I would be able to cope and I am doing very well. On a typical night I will have online sessions (classes) teaching English as a foreign language to people in China. We teach children people from different career fields such as teachers, doctors, engineers etc. You get to learn and teach at the same time. You also get to learn to maintain a good attitude with the students and co-workers.
Pros: Great learning curve and experience in something different and outside of my interest.
Cons: Difficult students and long working hours at night.

Challenging experience
One arrives at work late at night and there's no guarantee of any work, as in classes, therefore you're hoping that there might be classes for one to teach. A relationship with colleagues is difficult to maintain due to the lack of job security. I enjoyed the use of the internet and being able to attend other matters whilst doing the work however it is a waste of time and money. I have learnt that the job is not suitable for any adult with bills to pay because nothing about supports such a life. The most challenging aspect of the job is having to pretend to be happy and bubbly whilst you're being mistreated or bullied.
Pros: Flexible hours
Cons: Remuneration is low and commission is not guaranteed

Could improve on a lot
The work itself is easy to understand and do. However, the compensation for amount of hours worked within a month seems too low, for experienced workers. The salary fluctuates heavily month to month.
Pros: Stress free environment, good colleagues
Cons: fluctuating salary, unrealistic targets,

Wonderful opportunity
Call force as a company is not bad however there's a lot that they can improve upon. For instance they could hold team talks in the morning to ask the consultants what their challenges are. They lack communication and they do not or protect their staff. They could hold team talks in the morning and ask the staff about their challenges and what could be done to improve the work load .Management can improve if only they were to hear and listen to suggestions from consultants. I do enjoy my work however difficult or how rough the challenges.
Pros: Great learning opportunity that I would encourage for anyone who is willing to serve clients that want their money.
Cons: The communication from management leaves a lot to be desired. They are terrible when it comes to eefective communication all round.

good communication, good organizational skills, time management, multi-tasking
A typical work day is coming and sitting at a desk for hours with hardly any breaks. Teaching English online to people who feel super entitled. My relationship is good, I get along the most people. I have learned that teaching is not for me. I don't enjoy anything about this job. The most challenge about this is constantly smiling during a lesson and keeping my energy up.
Pros: No pros
Cons: the salary, the hours and not protection for employees

Exposure to a form of sales and a excellent learning curve
I worked teaching online. The job though me to to patient and understand. We worked individually, however having co-workers was beneficial because it gave me the opportunity to learn from others and rectifying my mistakes. I enjoyed being able to teach both the kids and adults something new for the day. At time getting the students to understand you could be quite difficult.
Pros: The pay was good
Cons: No opportunity for promotions
