Im a good person for this position.
Being a cashier is a good job because I face many challenges of a customer and also from supervisors.the relationship with co- workers is very good because we share ideas and information we have.I have learnt of how to treat a customer in a good way and manner.I've also learnt of how to do work.I've enjoy to assist a customer with their needs and also to solve their problems. The challenges of a job is not to paid on time.

Team leader is the bast when you are at work pla Motivation of the team it makes your work simple Lead by example is the key of secucse at work You need to know you job title and why are you in place always You need to have a team that is willing to work Learn how to to make youur team to to know what you what everyday

Excellent learning experience
in my current position, I'm involved in the following aspects: daily banking console, managing shrink, staff requisitions, people management,disciplinary of staff, store HR issue. On daily basis work together with the store manager to prepare reports, meetings, make sure company procedures and processes are followed.

This work place is small which makes it hard to work freely and the managers are so demanding
This company is not suitable for people who are the bread winners at home because of the salary paid here and the manager are not giving any opportunities for the workers but it easier to come here because it not far away from home

Always on time, always willing to learn you think things and I also love challenges
I am always on time for work. I'm a very hard worker and I'm always willing to learn new things and new and better work tactics. I always have a good relationship with my colleagues because I enjoy working with people and I find it easy to connect with them no matter who it is. I've learnt alot of ways to work especially in a warehouse, I've learnt alot about how warehouses work. I've also learnt alot about working with people as my work made me engage with everyone in the warehouse. I enjoyed learning new things at work, I enjoyed achieving achieving the daily goals we set for ourselves. What was mostly challenging about my previous job was when we had a huge work load and when we didn't have any space to work with in the warehouse so we had to try and create it.

Excellent learning
To work in this company is not a challenge, Co-workers are friendly..Since I like learning, I use to visit other departments in order to learn different jobs, as a result when one of these departments is short of staff, I fill in that vacancy for that day.

Problem solving
To work at Cambridge food made me see how important it is to have customer care . and i learned to be very strong because your facing different people. communication its very important .
