Exellent experience
According to my experience at this company it was great to get to learn how customers are being treated. I had a good relationship with my customers and my fellow employees that I was working with. Its was a great journey for me and I really know how to receive and dispatch stock and as for me even working underpresure I was really on point. I enjoyed helping complicated customers because they will end up enjoying being serviced by me. And honestly my mind would work over time. This company has even took me to a 3 days corse of The to be great, because i was exelling in sales and product knowledge. As for me im worth to be taken by any company in south africa for me i am worth it. I would like to get a challenging job so that i can show people what im made of. So it will be my great honour to serve a company that is willing to have me.

I have 28 years of experience in the Retail industry where I have been working as a Store manager, Distribution and Receiving manager. Awesome environment, and good incentives
My duty is to offer great customer service, and meet my monthly target. I have to make sure that any department I work in is presentable. I merchandise new stock on the floor, size curve clothing, unpack, and fold clothing. I work on the POS from time to time and book out stock for other branches. At the store I'm based, we two shifts, and I get along with both of them. I have a good relationship with management. I have learnt that the main purpose of any business is to generate a profit, and therefore you should always keep your customer happy. You might not make a sale, but you can make a friend. And that's where loyalty to my company comes in. I enjoy that we have training everyday to boost our morale and also keep us updated about new products making its way onto our shelves. I enjoy that the company offers great incentive schemes and competitions,for us to be more motivated. It is however challenging that in the economic state we are, business gets tight, and it impacts us all.

Great culture
Being number 1 in customer service and going the extra mile for our loyal and any customer. Motivating the team members on a daily basis. Allowing workers to bring their problems to work so they can deal with it I their own way on the sales floor bringing out a positive outcome in the end for the business and the employee. Having all the tools for customers to purchase at cape union mart easier. As a leader it is vital to always have a positive mind set and drive good vibes onto others.

Excellent working environment
I make sure that our customers are attended to and assisted without having to look for someone to help them. We do stock taking and arrange with other branches if we short of certain stock/merchandise. Make sure the customer feels welcomed and I reach my sales target. Interact with customers and colleagues throughout the day.
