Great growth within the business
Capita is great the only issue is the late hours and you tend to do more then what you get paid. There's transport home and the vibe is great, as well as the incentives

This was quite an experience and I was taken out of my comfort zone
A typical day as a call centre agent is dealing with Customers from the UK complain about everything regarding their mobile phones and network. We have to seek all possible resolutions to when trying to resolve a customers problem for them. My relationship with co-workers are like we are one big family. We lend a helping hand when needed and ask for help when we need it. I have learnt to not take comments and frustration from the customers personal and have a lot of patience. I enjoyed the kind of environment I worked in regarding the people I worked with. The most challenging is the hours and the stats issue.
Pros: Great Job opportunity for single people.
Cons: Long working hours, shifts, weekends and public holidays. We do not even close for December when my children are on holiday

Career development
A typical Property day: Arrive on site, commence a building inspection of staff teams, service and facilities. Consult with the staff and site engineers on daily issues and meet with contractors to review quality according to contract agreements. Take over responsibility for the complete of a jobs. Meet with Business occupiers to inform them of any updates and gain feedback and cola berate a repot back to the client (investors). Update the systems; financial account and pay the service provider invoice and balance the budget sheets. Event monitoring progress, by gain updated status and check the H&S performance in accordance with our permit & procedures. The most challenging : HR & personnel aspect of running large staff teams; to make sure all staff were operating at the standard levels expected and as team players.

Good developing area
It's perfect vibes between coworkers.help is always provided for is from one onother. My manager is great provides good help and were we lack coaching is given even if you are the one who requested it

Shezaan Herbert. desperately looking for employment as a advisor
the company has so many employees, there are not enough seating for all the advisors, where leave is booked on the day because there are not any seats. its a lively atmosphere. I love my work co-workers. Im a great advisor, I hit all targets, but looking for something new. I love dealing with complex situations, where a customer is experiencing problems with there mobile devices and I do troubleshooting to find the problem, then take action to fix the problem.

Execellent Experience Uk clients
Uk clients online shopping and many other functions Orders Delivery of orders Refunds Replacements Payments Inter communications with different international clients. Wonderful making a change over ther telephone Staff very friendly, new campaign Seniors very supportive,managers are very friendly Financially not very supportive Challenging was the change over of shifts...

Customer Services Agent
My previous position allowed me to deal with all incoming IT related calls for the Emergency Services. Ensure that the calls were executed and passed out to the relevant field service engineers. Ensure all customer SLA's are met. Ensure all administration duties are carried out effectively. Weekly one to one meetings with management to ensure any problems are resolved.
Pros: Great salary, excellent benefits
Cons: 13 hour shifts, no room for progression.
